This episode of our PLAN to GROW Vlog Series is all about how to create the roadmap you need to accomplish the goals you’ve set AND the importance of protecting your time to ensure that you do accomplish them.

Here are few teasers, but you’ll have to watch the vlog video below to get the whole picture.

How you create a roadmap:

Creating a roadmap is all about determining where you’re going and working backwards from that goal, breaking down every little step, no matter how small, that you need to get done all the way back to the starting point you’re standing at today.

How you get real about your schedule:

Once you’ve figured out your roadmap, the next step to ensuring that these goals get accomplished is getting real about your schedule and protecting your time. Getting real about your schedule starts with figuring out how much time you actually have. That means taking a hard look at your schedule each week, and making sure that you’ve accounted for everything, and I mean everything, you need to get done in a day.
